Born in Washington, D.C., February 13, 1957. He graduated from the University of Maryland in 1979. He received his law degree from the University of Baltimore in 1983 (J.D.). He was admitted into the practice of law in the State of Maryland in 1983. He graduated from the National College of District Attorneys (1985).

Mr. Pulver began his legal career in 1983 as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore County where he served as the Chief of the Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Division from 1987 to 1990. He entered private practice with the law firm of Sandbower, Gabler and O’Shaughnessy in 1990 where he became a partner in 1993. In 1994, became a principal in the law firm of Spence, Kohler, Christie and Pulver where he practiced from 1995 until 2001. He joined The Yost Legal Group in 2001. Mr. Pulver represents clients throughout the United States and has recovered Martindale Hubble’s highest AV rating.
