Samuel R. Pulver
Sam Pulver joined The Yost Legal Group in August, 2015, and his practice focuses primarily on litigation on behalf of plaintiffs in the areas lead poisoning, product liability, wrongful death, premises liability, and serious personal injury.
Mr. Pulver received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2011. In 2014 he received his law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School Of Law where he graduated cum laude. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland. In law school, Mr. Pulver was a member of the Maryland Environmental Law Society (MELS) and worked as an intern for the Honorable Robert A. Zarnoch in the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
While going to law school, Mr. Pulver worked as a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of H. Barritt Peterson Jr. and Associates where he assisted in defending parties in automobile accident, dog bite, and personal injury cases. There, he gained intimate knowledge in the fields of civil litigation, insurance defense and tort law.
Mr. Pulver is an active member of the Baltimore City Bar Association and Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ) and serves on the MAJ Membership Committee.
Mr. Pulver resides in Cockeysville, Maryland with his wife and two dogs. He enjoys exercising, hiking, camping, playing guitar, singing and travelling.
