The Yost Legal Group Launches new TV commercial Educating Women About the Link Between Talcum Powder Use & Ovarian Cancer

Johnson & Johnson failed to warn women for years about the serious health risks associated with long-term use of talcum powder. Research shows that potentially thousands of women that regularly used Johnson & Johnson talcum powder products were at an increased risk of developing ovarian cancer.

Despite the known link between talcum powder and ovarian cancer, J&J continued to sell products such as Johnson’s Baby Powder® and Shower to Shower® without warning labels.

As of May 2016, there are over 1,200 pending lawsuits against J&J regarding the link between ovarian cancer and talcum powder. Johnson & Johnson has already been ordered to pay $127 million in damages from two lawsuits that were won by two women that developed ovarian cancer as a result of long-term talcum powder use.

If you or a loved one regularly used Johnson & Johnson talcum powder products for feminine hygiene purposes and were diagnosed with ovarian cancer, you may be eligible to file a claim.
