Sexual Exploitation and Sextortion

Sexual exploitation is the use of another person for sexual purposes, power, profit, images, access, or advantage. Sextortion is a form of coercion in which someone threatens to distribute intimate material or cause another harm unless the person provides images, sexual activity, money, or something else of value. These acts can occur online or in person. Civil claims may involve perpetrators and, in limited circumstances, institutions or platforms whose conduct satisfies applicable law.
