Lisa Morgan focuses her practice on representing survivors of institutional sexual abuse and other complex civil litigation matters. With a background in civil defense and high-exposure litigation, she brings a unique and strategic perspective to cases involving systemic abuse, institutional negligence, and long-standing cover-ups.
Lisa has extensive experience handling cases involving toxic torts, environmental exposure, premises liability, defamation, product liability, and catastrophic personal injury. She has litigated cases involving lead exposure, asbestos, and other institutional failures, and has developed a deep understanding of the scientific, medical, and evidentiary issues that often arise in complex cases.
