“I am committed to being a voice for survivors—standing with those who were ignored, silenced, or failed by institutions that should have protected them. Every case I take is about accountability, dignity, and ensuring my clients are heard.”
Lisa Morgan, institutional sexual abuse and civil trial attorney at The Yost Legal Group.
Lisa Morgan focuses her practice on representing survivors of institutional sexual abuse and other complex civil litigation matters. With a background in civil defense and high-exposure litigation, she brings a unique and strategic perspective to cases involving systemic abuse, institutional negligence, and long-standing cover-ups.
Lisa has extensive experience handling cases involving toxic torts, environmental exposure, premises liability, defamation, product liability, and catastrophic personal injury. She has litigated cases involving lead exposure, asbestos, and other institutional failures, and has developed a deep understanding of the scientific, medical, and evidentiary issues that often arise in complex cases.
Drawing on this experience, Lisa works closely with experts in psychology, medicine, and institutional practices to build compelling, evidence-driven cases. Her practice focuses on uncovering patterns of misconduct, exposing systemic failures, and securing meaningful results for clients who have suffered profound harm.
Lisa is dedicated not only to achieving justice for individual clients, but also to driving accountability and change within powerful institutions.
When not advocating for clients, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteering within the community.
