Dominique DeFreece, J.D., is an Associate Attorney at The Yost Legal Group. Dominique completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, May 2018 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, May 2023.
She has devoted her legal career to matters involving survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking. She joined The Yost Legal Group’s sexual assault practice group in January 2026.
Dominique is dedicated to providing zealous representation to survivors of sexual abuse. Her work is grounded in listening to survivors, supporting their autonomy, and providing guidance throughout the legal process.
When not working, Dominique enjoys hiking, reading fantasy novels, and spending time with her family.
