I make a point to get to know my clients and find out what's important to them. If you don't know someone's goals, how can you possibly except to help achieve them?
I joined the Yost Legal Group in August 2015 and primarily handle catastrophic personal injury cases involving lead poisoning, products liability, premises liability, and wrongful death. As a lifelong Marylander, I am passionate about protecting the rights of my fellow citizens and fighting against those who needlessly put them in danger.
Before joining the Yost Legal Group, I worked in the legal department for a major insurance company where I gained valuable insight into the mechanisms and inner workings of the insurance industry. I now represent those who have been harmed by the individuals the insurance companies seek to protect.
Since joining the Yost Legal Group, I have recovered millions of dollars for children who have suffered life-altering brain injuries as a result of lead-paint poisoning.
Outside of my practice, I am an active member of the legal community and serve on the membership committee for the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ) and on the executive board of the Bar Association for Baltimore City-Young Lawyers Division (BABC-YLD). In 2018 I was fortunate enough to receive the Rising Star Award from the Bar Association of Baltimore City-Young Lawyers’ Division. In 2019, I was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Maryland, an award given out to no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the State.
I currently reside in Ellicott City, Maryland with my wife and two dogs. When I’m not working to achieve justice on behalf of my clients, I like to explore nature and enjoy hiking, camping, climbing and endurance running. I am also an avid guitarist and enjoy performing for friends and family.
