Confidential Wrongful Death Settlement – Tractor Trailer Case
Our client was working in the truck yard of a bakery in Baltimore City helping to manage the movement and positioning of trailers for loading and shipping. As another employee was moving a tractor trailer into a space, our client became pinned against another trailer, causing him to suffer fatal crushing injuries to his chest and abdomen.
