Absolutely Wonderful Experience!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Especially Bruce Powell – he was very professional in explaining the process in a clear and concise manner, never having gone through a lawsuit regarding an accident. He was very good at shepherding me through the process. Everybody was always top to bottom attentive and responsive when I had a question, zero miscommunications.
