RoundUp

Have you been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma after chemical exposure to the weed killer Roundup®? The Yost Legal Group is investigating claims involving the Roundup cancer lawsuit. If you have questions, call 800-Yost-Law.

Monsanto began marketing Roundup® in 1974 as a safe and effective herbicide for farmers, landscapers, and homeowners alike.

However, the company failed to warn consumers about the risk of cancer associated with the use of Roundup®. The main ingredient in the weed killer, glyphosate, has been associated with various forms of blood cancer in human beings.

The Problem

Roundup® is one of the most popular weed killers in the world, but the glyphosate in the herbicide becomes more carcinogenic when mixed with other ingredients, like those in Roundup’s formula. Exposure to this toxic mixture is most commonly linked to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Some symptoms associated with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma include:

  • Enlarged lymph nodes
  • Swollen belly
  • Chest pain or pressure
  • Shortness of breath or cough
  • Fever
  • Weight loss
  • Anemia
